Clinical Director, Ph.D, LPC-MHSP, LPC-S
Dr. Keels works to create, implement, and oversee the group, individual, and family clinical programs at Lighthouse. She has worked in the recovery industry in a professional capacity for over 15 years in a variety of roles and brings an empathetic and caring approach to all those she works with.
Director of Sober Living Operations
Colby is tasked with oversight of our Community Managers and works directly with clients and families as a Case Manager. Colby specializes in conflict-resolution, life-skills training, and mentorship.
Director of Outpatient Operations
Heath works closely with the Clinical and Executive leadership and assists in the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of all Clinical Programming to make sure they meet the Lighthouse standard. Heath enjoys sharing his experience with others looking to start, or continue, their own recovery journey.
Director of Admissions
Grant has worked in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health fields since 2013. He has experience in many facets of client care such as Direct Care, Operations, Staff Management, Business Development, and Intake/Admissions. After moving back to Texas from Connecticut, Grant joined the Lighthouse team to assist with helping families and clients navigate the treatment process, be it at Lighthouse or elsewhere. His mission continues to be making a positive impact with families, clients, and industry professionals.
Director of Family Services
Frank works directly with clients in both our Sober Living and Clinical programs. He helps to streamline communication between all parties to build trust and transparency. An alumni of the Lighthouse program, Frank brings a charismatic and passionate philosophy to everyone he works with.
Office Coordinator
Alexis is our resident swiss army knife. She keeps the office running smoothly and works with the Clinical and Sober Living teams to make sure all schedules and appointments are accounted for. Alexis is also responsible for conducting the majority of our initials assessments. Alexis joined Lighthouse in 2021 and brings year of operational expertise to the team.
Therapist, LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate
Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and Master of Science in Counseling with a specialty in marriage, couple, and family therapy from Southern Methodist University. Given the importance of a support system in substance use treatment, Heather regularly incorporates and addresses relational concerns in her work with clients. In her free time, Heather can be found hanging out with her dog, Callie.

Juan earned his Bachelors & Masters degrees from Southern Methodist University. He also received his yoga training in 2016 & has been teaching it througout the Dallas community ever since. He enjoys his daily practices of meditation & movement (Ido Portal Method). Juan strives to help others understand themselves through a mind, body, & breath connection.

Nora graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Masters in Counseling. She currently leads both Group and Individual sessions at Lighthouse’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
John graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Economics with Financial Applications and minors in Philosophy, History, and Art History. He began his professional career in Texas creating marketing platforms for a variety of real estate, oil and gas, and technology companies. John works closely across all facets of the Lighthouse program providing operational support, growth strategy, marketing strategy, financial planning and reporting, compliance, and program design.
Real Estate and Financial Advisor
Having graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Economics with Financial Applications, Robert began his professional career at Pegasus Ablon, a Commercial Real Estate investment and development company in Dallas, TX. He then moved to Powder Mountain, UT to join Summit Series. Within his role on the development team, he coordinated acquisition financing. At Lighthouse, he’s responsible for consulting on both the financial and real estate components of the business.
Program Advisor
Michael has been active in the Los Angeles Recovery Community since 2014 having finally found success in recovery through a stay at an extended care program, after numerous failed attempts at Primary Treatment Centers. After six months at the program, Michael was hired to help oversee programming aspects of the community, before starting work as a Sober Mentor and Companion. Michael worked closely with a variety of clientele and their families, providing personalized 24hr care and guidance.
