Intensive Outpatient (IOP) in Dallas, TX

Group and Individual Therapy to treat Drug and Alcohol Addiction.

Lighthouse Recovery is a Joint Commission-accredited outpatient rehab center in Dallas, Texas, offering IOP to treat addiction, mental health disorders, and dual diagnoses. Although some clients may be better suited to a more intensive level of care with PHP,  IOP is ideal for a lower level of care or for those with a stable home environment.

IOP is an ideal option for those not ready to end their counseling and addiction treatment. Our IOP program provides outside support and a stable routine that the client can manage while participating in the program. Here, we provide a variety of individual, group, and family therapy programs that are customizable to the needs of each individual and their family.

Our licensed professionals are master’s level clinicians and trained in various treatment modalities. We ensure comprehensive treatment through our holistic philosophy that combines clinical therapies and life-skills programming.

To benefit our clients, we work with most private insurance providers to help offset the majority of the out-of-pocket treatment costs. Issues with payment can be a common deterrent for those seeking treatment. However, we believe everyone deserves access to affordable and effective care.

The Benefits of IOP at Lighthouse Recovery

We begin our IOP program with a free assessment to acknowledge the client’s needs and suitability for the program. From there, we begin to build their clinical program with the help of every member of their care team to ensure that their path is ideal for their goals. IOP gives clients the tools and opportunities to apply their new knowledge and understanding to real-life practice.

We want our clients to build strength and confidence in their sobriety. Our IOP utilizes effective evidence-based practices and supplemental services. This treatment format allows us to treat clients individually. Our approach is tailored to assess each individual’s history and goals to create a program that supports them in their journey to lasting recovery. More benefits of our IOP include:

Holistic and Individualized Approach

We employ a professional staff specializing in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, allowing us to provide a more comprehensive approach to care. Our curriculum differs from a “one-size-fits-all” stance. Instead, we assess each individual client and design their treatment plan using their history, goals, and current state. With decades of experience, our team will work with you to find an approach to treatment that feels right and allows you to progress at your own pace.

Compassionate Staff

Our highly trained staff works intensively with clients to address their core issues. As we treat addiction, mental illnesses, and dual diagnoses, our staff will work with each client one-one and in group formats to provide caring support and well-rounded care. In every IOP session, we aim to reduce negative behaviors by addressing the emotions and thoughts that are often behind them. We work with focus and compassion to make clients feel safe and understood while helping them face all aspects of their disorder.

Flexible and Convenient

Our flexible programming allows clients to continue living at home, working, or attending school while still receiving the therapeutic support they need. Oftentimes, residential treatment can be alienating and complex for people to adjust to and from. IOP allows you the comfort of your own home, bed, and family while still fully immersing yourself in the 12-week program. Our IOP combines three group therapy sessions and one individual therapy session per week. We even offer night groups for those with busier schedules.

Cost-effective Treatment

Depending on the severity of the client’s case, IOP can be dramatically more cost-effective than standard inpatient treatment programs because there are no costs involved regarding meals, boarding, and around-the-clock care. Although we do offer sober living for those seeking stable living arrangements, this option isn’t a suitable option for everyone. We also work with most private insurance providers to offset programming costs.
