Joshua Stoddard
Assistant Director of Residential Operations
“I’m here to get it done – whatever that looks like on any given day. No task is too small if it helps someone stay on track.”
Joshua Stoddard serves as Assistant Director of Residential Operations at Lighthouse Recovery, where he ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and on time. In this role, Joshua supports House Managers, makes sure residences are clean and well-maintained, and fills in whatever gaps need filling on any given day. He’s a true swiss army knife – the person who keeps operations tight so that clients can focus on their recovery and staff can focus on their roles.
Joshua is an alumnus of the Lighthouse program. Born and raised in Allen, Texas, he grew up in competitive sports – an environment that shaped his understanding of discipline, teamwork, and showing up even when it’s hard. Like many of the young men Lighthouse serves, Joshua knows what it’s like to lose your way and to need the kind of structure and support that makes real change possible. Before entering the recovery field, he worked across various trades and industries – experience that gave him the practical, hands-on approach he brings to operations today.
Joshua’s purpose is clear: helping young men like himself find peace and freedom from addiction. He brings that mission into his work every day – supporting the team, maintaining standards, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Outside of work, he remains a lifelong Los Angeles Dodgers fan.
