Nora Fleming serves as Clinical Director at Lighthouse Recovery, where she oversees clinical programming and provides direct support to the therapy team. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling with a Concentration in Addiction from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Nora joined Lighthouse in August 2021 as a therapist and was promoted to Clinical Director in January 2024 – a progression that reflects both her clinical skill and her ability to lead and develop other clinicians.
“My mission is to provide evidence-informed, relationship-centered care that empowers individuals to understand their patterns, strengthen their relationships, and overcome addiction challenges. I am committed to fostering lasting change through a foundation of safety, honesty, and challenging perspectives.”
Nora brings a warm, relational approach to her work with clients and colleagues alike. Her clinical perspective is grounded in family systems, attachment theory, and existential frameworks – helping individuals understand not just their addiction, but how they see themselves and their place in the world. She believes that lasting recovery requires more than behavior change; it requires understanding the deeper patterns that shape how someone relates to themselves, to others, and to life itself. Whether she’s conducting individual sessions, facilitating group therapy, or guiding a family through a difficult conversation, Nora combines compassion with structure and meets clients exactly where they are.
As Clinical Director, Nora works closely with Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Brooke Keels to ensure that every aspect of Lighthouse’s clinical programming reflects our commitment to individualized, high-quality care. She supervises therapists, audits client charts for compliance, collaborates on treatment planning, and helps maintain the clinical culture that defines Lighthouse. Her passion for supporting individuals who struggle with addiction – and her deep understanding of its complexities – is evident in everything she does. Outside the therapy room, Nora enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading a good book.
