Reece Jones
Office Manager
“When I was starting out, I needed to see that life could be fun without drugs or alcohol. Now I try to provide that for others – an upbeat presence, a reminder that every day has something worth showing up for.”
Reece Jones serves as Office Manager at Lighthouse Recovery, where he keeps daily operations running smoothly across clinical programming and sober living. In this role, Reece manages scheduling, logistics, transportation, and serves as a key point of contact between clinical staff, clients, and leadership. He supports the team with reporting, documentation, and the kind of behind-the-scenes problem-solving that allows clinicians to focus on clinical work. Before joining Lighthouse in February 2024, Reece brought project management and operations experience from roles at Roots Food Group and Skechers, where he developed skills in cross-team communication, logistics coordination, and process improvement.
Reece’s connection to Lighthouse runs deeper than his job title. He went to his first treatment center at 16 years old, but it wasn’t until he came through Lighthouse five years later that recovery truly took hold. The experience showed him what a life in recovery could look like – and more importantly, what it could offer. Lighthouse taught him the importance of community, family, and service, and those values now shape how he approaches his work every day. Today, Reece has dependable recovery surrounding him in all facets of his life and the opportunity to offer what he’s been given to others.
His favorite clients are the ones who remind him of himself – the sober-curious young men who haven’t fully bought in yet, the ones who need a little extra time to see what’s possible. Watching someone arrive uncertain and leave subscribed to a community and a purpose bigger than themselves reminds Reece where he came from and what allows him to be in the position he’s in today. That perspective – part operator, part alumnus, part believer – makes him an invaluable part of the Lighthouse team.
