Shannon Rankin serves as Accounting Manager at Lighthouse Recovery, bringing over a decade of experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and audit compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, and is a QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor with deep expertise in financial systems, internal controls, and process optimization. Before joining Lighthouse, Shannon spent five years in public accounting at BKD, PwC, and BDO, where she led financial statement audits, reviews, and internal control testing for clients across healthcare, banking, technology, and private equity.

She has managed complex books across diverse industries and has a proven track record of streamlining operations, improving accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights that support sound decision-making.
