Tanner Hill
Transportation Coordinator
“The more you know, the more there is to know. I carry that with me in recovery and in life.”
Tanner Hill serves as Transportation Coordinator at Lighthouse Recovery, where he ensures clients get where they need to be – whether that’s clinical appointments, 12-Step meetings, work, or the clinical office. It’s a role that requires reliability, consistency, and the kind of steady presence that makes clients feel supported in the small moments that add up to recovery. Tanner brings over 20 years of experience in high-end transportation, including private residence valet services, commercial driving, and logistics. He holds a Class A Commercial Driver’s License and has worked across a wide range of transportation and service roles throughout the Dallas area.
Tanner’s sobriety date is September 9, 2015 – a milestone he doesn’t take for granted. His own recovery journey gives him a quiet understanding of what clients are going through, and he brings that perspective into every interaction. He knows that sometimes the ride to a meeting or an appointment is when someone needs a calm, supportive presence – not a lecture, just someone who gets it.
Outside of work, Tanner’s passions include vehicles, movies, and music. He played classical upright bass for 12 years and even has a credit on IMDb. That combination of artistic discipline and operational reliability makes him uniquely suited to a role that’s easy to overlook but essential to how Lighthouse runs day to day.
