It started with a curiosity to understand why people behave the way they do. As I started working in this field and assisting others in their journey, I fell in love with seeing their mindset shift and their lives change for the better. As a result, I wanted to continue to effect change in people’s lives in whatever way I could.

What inspired you to choose this profession?
What would you want someone to know about working with you?
I’m passionate about helping people overcome the difficulties that can blind them to the light within themselves and around them. As a result, I am driven to help as many people as possible find the quality treatment they need.
When I met the Lighthouse team and gained an understanding of what they did here, I was blown away. When making program decisions, the client always comes first and they will not risk treatment quality for anything else. In addition, I have met many honest, caring and passionate people in this industry, but seldom entire teams that are so focused and involved in the treatment of each individual. When I met with them I personally felt seen as a person, and after speaking with their clients, I saw they felt that way too. Excellency in treatment and culture is why I chose to join the Lighthouse team.
What do you wish people knew about Lighthouse who might be hesitant?
You will not be forgotten, unheard, misrepresented, looked over, or unseen. The entire team talks about each current and prospective client in joint meetings at least three times weekly, more if needed. Individualized attention and care are paramount in the approach of the Lighthouse team.
