Philip Hensarling

Chief Operations Officer

Philip Hensarling serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Lighthouse. Prior to Lighthouse, Philip worked in the Addiction Treatment field in roles ranging from Admissions and Corporate Director of Utilization Management. Philip is also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I). He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Philip specializes in operations, finance, and insurance contracting and negotiations. His goal is to make quality treatment more accessible to those suffering from the disease of addiction.
