We value your established relationship with your client, and with their consent, we invite all referring professionals to continue their involvement with their client’s care. Our staff will give you regular updates regarding your client’s progress and the necessary information to plan for future consideration properly. Upon discharge from our program, a comprehensive discharge summary will be available.
