Mike Jones
Co-Founder and Executive Director
Mike Jones directs all facets of the Lighthouse Program and co-founded the program in 2016. He is responsible for the creation of our Treatment Philosophy and works directly with all staff, clients, and families. Mike has worked in Addiction Treatment for over 13 years. From Mike, “Those suffering from addiction are in need of understanding and empathy, as are their families. Through the sharing of our light and love with them, we have the ability to affect real change in the world around us.”
Dr. Brooke Keels
Chief Clinical Officer, Ph.D., LPC-MHSP, LPC-Supervisor
Dr. Keels graduated from Louisiana State University in 2008 with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2014 with a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Keels works to create, implement, and oversee the Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Individual and Family Therapy programs at Lighthouse. She has worked in the recovery industry in a professional capacity for over 15 years in a variety of roles.
Frank Gomez
Director of Sober Living Operations
Frank structures and oversees our Sober Living Program. He works with House Managers and Support Staff to ensure a consistent and compassionate treatment approach. Frank also works in direct client care, speaking and coaching both clients and families. He is passionate about family systems, honest communication, and rebuilding trust. Frank brings a magnetic energy to everyone he works with. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Frank moved to Dallas in 2021.
Grant Young
Director of Admissions
Since 2013, Grant has dedicated his career to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health fields, gaining experience in various aspects of client care, including Direct Care, Operations, Staff Management, Business Development, and Intake/Admissions. Upon returning to Texas from Connecticut, Grant joined the Lighthouse team to support families and clients in navigating the treatment process, whether at Lighthouse or another facility. His unwavering mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of families, clients, and industry professionals.
John Bowden
Co-Founder
John holds a degree in Finance and a minor in Philosophy, earned from Southern Methodist University in 2011. As a co-founder of Lighthouse in 2016, he plays an integral role in supporting all aspects of the program, including operational management, marketing and growth strategy, financial planning and reporting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. With his diverse skill set and keen attention to detail, John is committed to ensuring that Lighthouse delivers the highest standard of care to clients and their families.
Nora Fleming
Clinical Supervisor, LPC-Associate, M.S., N.C.C.
Nora, with a Master’s in Counseling, leads Group and Individual sessions at Lighthouse’s IOP. Her empathetic nature and understanding of addiction treatment empower individuals to overcome challenges and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Dedicated to client support, Nora works alongside them throughout their journey, ensuring they feel understood, supported, and empowered. Additionally, as Clinical Supervisor, Nora works closely the Lighthouse team on providing continued feedback and administrative support.
Heather Flynn
Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Therapist, LPC, LMFT-Associate, LCDC
Heather, with a strong educational background in Psychology, Sociology, and Counseling, specializes in marriage, couple, and family therapy. Recognizing the importance of support systems in substance use treatment, she addresses relational concerns and tailors PHP groups to clients’ unique needs. Heather fosters a personalized therapeutic environment, enabling deep connections and empowering clients to build a foundation for lasting change.

Sam, with a Master’s in Counseling, leads Group and Individual sessions at Lighthouse’s IOP. He establishes genuine connections and displays a deep understanding of clients’ complex issues. Sam’s empathetic and knowledgeable approach guides clients through their recovery journey, addressing challenges and developing coping strategies. Dedicated to client well-being, he ensures they feel supported and understood, fostering lasting change and growth.

Jose Torres has dedicated his 23-year career to enhancing the lives of individuals and families in the human services field. Utilizing personal experiences and extensive knowledge, he applies treatment principles in counseling sessions to challenge and transform clients’ attitudes towards substance use. As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Joe actively promotes a drug-free lifestyle through lectures and speaking engagements in the Dallas area.

Andy, as a Counseling Intern, is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey to sustainable sobriety. He conducts both group and individual sessions with empathy, actively listening to clients’ struggles and aspirations to provide personalized guidance and encouragement. He is dedicated to serving clients and plays a pivotal role in contributing to the holistic care of individuals striving to achieve lasting change.

From a small town near Springfield in Southwest Missouri, Daniel Clinton has an extensive background in hospitality and construction. He now channels his passion and commitment to his work in the recovery field. As de-facto swiss-army knife, Daniel dedicates his time to engaging directly with residents and their families, providing support and guidance throughout their recovery journey.

Michael has worked in the Addiction Treatment field since 2005 across numerous positions – from tech to Business Development. What he enjoys most about his role at Lighthouse is getting to working direct with clients and their families. He finds the work to be incredibly rewarding and is grateful to have the opportunity Lighthouses provides to make an impact on our clients and families and break the cycle of addiction.

Joshua grew up in Allen Texas. and has worked across a diverse range of industries such as landscaping, residential maintenance, and plumbing. As a former client at Lighthouse, Joshua is our lead House Manager and oversees the Silverton house, working daily with the residents under his care.

Admissions Coordinator
Matthew found recovery at an Extended Care Facility and understands the difficulties of trying to assimilate into life as a newly sober person. His role as Admissions Coordinator is to assist families and clients in need and discuss the available treatment options be it at Lighthouse or elsewhere.
